I had to tell you about how I am finally seeing some consistency with my page one rank after some more focused effort.

However, I’ve been surprised to see this page one rank for some much more highly competitive keywords than I would have normally targeted.

As you probably know, organic search engine traffic is the most coveted, not only because is it free, but because it is the most targeted.

Breaking Down Page One Rank

Not only do searchers pay more attention to organic search results than to paid ads, well over 98% of these users will click on the first page of the search results, making page one rank extremely important for this target rich traffic.

And of course, the number of clicks diminishes as you get further down the page.

One study by Cornell University found that in terms of organic search
engine results, the first two listings capture over a half of users’ eye
fixation. This attention is split nearly evenly between the two in terms of time.

However, the first result will garner over 50% of the clicks, the second getting roughly 13%.

The first five positions get over 88% of the traffic, while
the first three get 79%.

The remaining 12% of the clicks were split between the rest of the
positions on the page, ranking from top down.

Even position 7 gets less than 1% of the clicks, garnering only around 3% of the users’ attention, making the ‘above the fold’ positions of that page one rank the most desirable.

And as this is such targeted traffic, the associated conversion rate is
potentially much greater.

While there are many other sources of traffic, if you are doing your term targeting and keyword research to take advantage of the free and targeted search engine traffic, then it is crucial that you know how to get the best page rank possible.

Is it Hard to Master Page One Rank SEO?

I’ve been working my way around SEO for a while, never getting close to any sort of mastery. But with some due diligence I’ve been getting better, occasionally getting on page one, but certainly not for anything too awfully competitive.

But lately I have been finding it much more easily and quickly doable, and finally for some keywords which are quite competitive!

For example, I was able to get page one rank for a highly competitive
term, “content syndication“, within a few of days of writing the post.

I even cleared my search history and cache, and checked another browser to be sure I wasn’t seeing this because I often visit my own blog (smart Google and browsers …

Having the 6th position in the organic results for a term with around
960,000 search results was something I didn’t even expect! I was actually targeting a combination of ‘content syndication’ with ‘TribePro’.

So when I noticed this, it really made me sit up and take notice that I
was really onto something finally that was consistently giving me that page one rank.

How Easy is it to Get a Page One Rank?

Assuming you are targeting a keyword that is relevant to the content on your site, and that you use a list of related or LSI (latent semantic index) keywords (check out “Using Keywords to Increase Targeted Traffic“), getting a page one rank for search results is easier than you might think.

Once you’ve done your keyword research, you can follow up with just two more steps to get a page one rank:

1. Use the SEO Pressor wordpress plugin – it is without a doubt the best SEO coach I could ever have, sitting right on my dashboard. I’ll do a video soon on just how easy it is to use. But your on page SEO is crucial to effectively following through from your keyword research to your page one rank.
2. Off page SEO includes backlinks and links from your page
   elsewhere. For this, the best thing you can do is submit your post to TribePro, a free content syndication network. With content syndication, your relevance in Google’s eyes grows tremendously, especially with its recent search engine algorithm changes putting more weight on social network syndication (read more in “Achieving Content Syndication Using TribePro” to see how this works). With the auto-syndication feature, your content can have dozens
   and even hundreds of shares within seconds after you’ve submitted it!

After doing these steps, within 12 hours of posting THIS article, I
checked Google and typed in “Google Page One Rank” and found my post at the very bottom of page one, but when I just typed in “Page One Rank” here I am in position 3! (of the organic results that is)

This romance and strategic alliance towers above all others like it in history. 2. Henry II and Eleanor of Aquitaine. This English King and French Queen united two kingdoms which greatly complicated The Hundred Year War. Not to mention that they produced three more kings of their own. Henry the young, Richard I, the Lion Hearted, and John Lackland. (The famous, evil Prince John of Robin Hood lore.) 3. Henry VIII and Anne Boleyn. She was his third wife who bore him 14 children. The last one killed her. In his grief he built her a magnificent mausoleum in Agra, India. It is the Taj Mahal and it stands as an eternal testimony to their love. 5. Peter III and Catherine. He was the Russian heir to the throne, she a sixteen year old, German speaking Prussian bride. No one would call it a great romance. Catherine’s father did not even attend the wedding. But Peter died within six months of ascending the throne and young Catherine wrestled power for herself and built the Russian Empire, ruling for thirty-four years. History calls her Catherine the Great. 6. Napoleon and Josephine. He was 26, she was a 32 year old widow. She could produce no heir for him, nor was she faithful. But Napoleon’s love sick passion for her, expressed in letters that fell into enemies hands, made their frustrating relationship world famous forever. Some suggest that Napoleon’s unrequited love inspired his conquests on the battlefield. 7. Albert and Victoria. For those of you who take your networking business seriously and want to earn a serious income, this one’s for you. There are seven keys or elements that you should have in place with regard to your business. You may have heard some or all of these before. The magic happens when you implement these elements to the best of your ability on a consistent basis. None of them are difficult. In fact, they are quite simple. That’s why many people often gloss over them and keep on searching for the secret to success when they probably have heard most of these already. You CAN have unusual success in your business. Read on . . .
The first key is to take action. Don’t waste your time looking for those elusive secrets to success if you’re not even taking consistent action in your business. Take action using your daily or weekly plan of action that you’ve established in advance. Taking action daily and mixing it with some good old-fashioned persistence is KEY.
The second key is to lead with your company’s tools. You are not the issue. Take yourself out of the equation. If you lack confidence in talking to prospects, get some skills in that area and don’t make yourself the issue. To qualify the prospect, you can use one of Mark’s great rapport builder skills. It’s important to find out IF the prospect has a need or desire before you introduce a tool. If there’s no need or desire, they are not a prospect.
The third key is to follow-up! The fortune is in the follow-up, but the quicker fortune is in the immediate follow-up. Don’t drop the ball on this one. If you find that prospects don’t show up for the appointment or meeting, then you might want to get some additional skill training in that area.
The fourth key is to treat your business like a business. In other words, be a professional. Act as if you’re already making your $20,000 or $50,000 a month. Does someone making that kind of money need a conference call or training to coax them into taking action, being consistent, or following up? Of course not!
The fifth key is to set goals. Set specific and clearly defined goals . . . a definite major purpose (DMP — see Week 1). Write them down and have them before you as you work your business like a professional. Do you want to pay off debt? Don’t write down “pay off debt.” How much do you want to pay off this month? In six months? By the end of this year? Write that specific figure down. You don’t go into a restaurant and ask the waiter or waitress for some food do you? Be specific!
The sixth key is to hold yourself accountable. At the end of the day, did you accomplish what you had written down on your daily plan of action? Did you spend your time wisely and have a professional mindset and work ethic? What could you have done better? Do you need to contact more people in order to hit your numbers? Do you have any numbers? If you don’t have any numbers, get some.
The seventh and final key is to acquire skills. Network marketing IS a skill-based business. In the beginning, you need to talk to more people to earn X dollars. After your skill increases, you are able to talk to less people and make more than X dollars. In as little as 10 minutes a day, you can learn a new skill or refine one you already have. Insight is absolutely essential for the development of any great achievement, but with it we may enter, explore and possess any mental field. Insight is a product of the world within and is developed in the Silence, by concentration.

What wonderful things we have learned, to be able to control your own destiny. What and evolution we are achieving through thinking, reading, training and realizing all these things help us to control our actual being. We are the ones in charge. we only let outside influences in if we so desire. May we all always remain friends,  do you realize how powerful we are as a group. This big a group knowing what we know, coming together with one major dream or goal, could not be stopped.

WE HAVE LEARNED CONCENTRATION AND OBSERVATION AND NO NEGATIVE THOUGHTS, PAYING ATTENTION TO CLASSES OF FACTS WHICH CANNOT BE ACCOUNTED FOR BY DAILY NORMAL OBSERVATIONS.

USING EXPERIENCE AND REASON WE ELIMINATE SUPERSTITION, PRECEDENT AND CONVENTIONALITY. STRANGE AND UNEXPLAINED PHENOMENA ARE CONSTANTLY TAKING PLACE BECAUSE OF THE CREATIVE POWER OF THOUGHT.

SO WE LEARN OF A FACT, WE KNOW IT IS THE RESULT OF CERTAIN DEFINITE CAUSE AND WILL OPERATE WITH PRECISION. NOW WE CAN EXPLAIN THE CAUSE OF EVERY CONDITION BE IT PHYSICAL, MENTAL OR SPIRITUAL. HAVING THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE CREATIVE POWER OF THOUGHT LINKS US WITH INFINITE POWER.

WE’RE MOVING RIGHT ALONG…I DID MY RECORDING AND IT CAME OUT QUITE WELL..I’VE BEEN UNDER THE WEATHER A LITTLE BIT THIS WEEK, BUT I’M STILL KICKING AND KEPT ON TICKING..READING SOME OF THE BLOGS AND PRESS RELEASES ALL LOOKING GOOD…MINES KIND OF IN MIDDLE…NOT SPECIAL, JUST TRUE…. ITS AMAZING ABOUT ALL THE CHANGE THAT HAS COME ABOUT IN 8 WEEKS.
I’VE DONE THINGS I THOUGHT I COULD NEVER DO AND I’VE CHANGED SOME THINGS I THOUGHT WOULD NEVER CHANGE (CAN’T TEACH AN OLD DOG NEW TRICKS..) OH BUT YES YOU CAN IF THEY GET MOTIVATED AND ARE WILLING TO WORK AT IT. I WISH I HAD THIS COURSE ABOUT 30 YEARS AGO AND I’D PROBABLY BE IN A MUCH BETTER SITUATION THAN I WAS 8 WEEKS AGO. CHANGE IS TAKING PLACE AND GOALS ARE GETTING MET AND THE SKY IS THE LIMIT. I’VE LEARNED A LOT IN LAST EIGHT WEEKS AND LOOKING FORWARD TO CONTINUING ON UNTIL WE “GITTER DONE”.. MAYBE SOMETIME AROUND THE END OF THE COURSE WE CAN MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR A GRADUATION PARTY OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT WHERE WE CAN ALL MEET AND CHAT A LITTLE. MAY BE IMPOSSIBLE TO DO BUT IT WAS JUST A PASSING THOUGHT THAT SOMEONE ELSE MIGHT BE INTERESTED IN DOING ALL TOGETHER. KEEP ON AND HANG IN THERE. BE SAFE, BE CAREFUL, BE HEALTHY AND PROSPER.
